Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) is a non-surgical, non-invasive skin rejuvenation treatment with little to no downtime. WHAT IS FORMA-I?

HOW DOES FORMA-I WORK?

WHAT IS LUMECCA-I?
Lumecca is the most powerful intense pulsed light (IPL) designed to treat pigmented and vascular lesions. Lumecca-I uses photothermolysis, which provides a photofacial through the delivery of a comfortable light treatment. IPL has been FDA approved for more than 15 years to remove superficial skin lesions.
HOW DOES LUMECCA-I WORK?
Lumecca-I creates tissue heating which helps to reduce inflammation. During treatment, there will be a bright flash of light and a sensation on your skin that feels like a light snap from an elastic band. Redness and a slight warming of the skin are normal after treatment and usually subside within an hour.
IMPROVE SKIN TEXTURE AND REDUCE SPOTS
Pulsed light technology uses a series of light pulses that gently penetrate the top layers of skin, creating heat and breaking up pigmented areas. In reaction, the body’s natural healing process removes pigment and improves skin texture through collagen stimulation.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Forma and IPL sessions last anywhere from 30-60 minutes. Prior to the procedure, a gel will be applied to the treatment area and, for your eyes' safety, you will be provided protective eyewear. During the treatment, you may experience a warm sensation, but the treatment is gentle and should not feel uncomfortable.
After treatment, you may experience redness around the treated areas that usually disappears quickly. Daily activities can be resumed immediately although, for best results, it is recommended to limit sun exposure after the procedure.
